Questions
Why are the numbers free?
Looking at your server (players, returns, health) is free, hosted, zero setup: it is not a time-limited trial. What we charge for is the loop that acts and proves it: the Who's slipping away list, the nudge, and the measured proof.
Does Minealyze push pay-to-win offers?
No, never. Every generated or sent reward stays cosmetic or social: no gameplay advantage. A dubious offer is blocked and explained. And nothing sends without your preview and confirmation.
What are the players "set aside"?
When you nudge a group, Minealyze keeps a few players from that same group without sending them the message, drawn at random. Two weeks later, we compare: the extra returns among nudged players are the real effect of your nudge, measured, never assumed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes: plans are monthly, no lock-in, managed from the billing portal.

What happens if I change plans mid-month?
The change is immediate and Stripe prorates automatically, up or down.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your history stays viewable read-only for 30 days, then can be exported (CSV/JSON) or deleted on request.
