Hosting
The site, the API, and the database are hosted on infrastructure operated by Railway Corporation, a company established in the United States. All the data we retain resides on that infrastructure.
Other providers
Beyond hosting, the service may call on Stripe for payment, Anthropic for assisted writing, Resend for email, PostHog for audience measurement, and Cloudflare for anti-bot protection of the sign-in forms. Each is involved only conditionally, and the detail sits in the privacy policy.

Unless stated otherwise, the contents of this site (text, interfaces, visuals, code) are the property of 9558-3936 Québec inc. and protected by copyright. Bundled open source components remain under their own licenses, detailed on the Licenses page.

Content on the site that looks wrong to you, a missing attribution, or a security vulnerability can be reported to contact@minealyze.com. A security report made in good faith will draw no legal action from us, provided you neither exfiltrate data nor degrade the service.
Governing law
The site and the service are governed by the law applicable in the province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein, and the courts of Quebec have jurisdiction. This remains without prejudice to the mandatory rights granted to consumers and data subjects in their country of residence.
