Getting started

Minealyze shows you who's slipping away from your server before they're gone for good, and helps you bring them back.

The product follows one loop everywhere: Understand → Act → Prove.

  • Understand: your numbers (players today, who comes back, your loyalty, your server's health) are free and hosted. Paying unlocks the Who's slipping away list and, for each flagged player, their top reason in one sentence.
  • Act: a nudge you review, edit, and confirm before anything is sent. Nothing goes out on its own: you're the one who clicks Confirm.
  • Prove: every nudge sets a few players aside to compare against. The real effect (what the nudge actually changed) is measured against those players, never assumed.

The fastest path

  1. Create an account (email and password) and add your server. You get a server key, unique to that server.
  2. Connect your data: install the plugin, read-only (a few minutes, no port to open). Already on Plan? Import your history during setup: it merges with live collection.
  3. Connect Tebex (optional) to see who, among those slipping away, already supports your store. Without Tebex, Who's slipping away still works, based on login habits.
  4. Launch your first nudge, setting a few players aside to compare. Two to four weeks later, you'll know if it worked: proven, or not enough data to say yet.

What's free, what's paid

Looking is free. You pay to act, and to prove it worked.

Free forever, hosted, nothing to install beyond the plugin: your daily numbers, who comes back after 1, 7, and 30 days, your loyalty, your server health out of 100. The Who's slipping away list is visible as a counter ("4 players slipping away") but locked without a paid plan. You pay when you want to nudge players back and see the real, measured effect of each nudge.

Where to go next

Your first true sentence about your server arrives within minutes: as soon as the plugin sends its first data, you'll see something like "14 players came through last night, 3 new" instead of an empty screen.
